Live YOUR version of a Billiant, Bold, Beautifully empowered life!

Words to live by

Instead of picking a word for the 2015 new year, I picked three I wanted to identify my life.

Those words were my first mantra.

A woman with unchecked “daddy-issues” which resulted in chronic people pleasing married a (later)diagnosed narcissist. This did not bode well for her self-worth. He cheated 5 times, that she knew of, in 8 years. He manipulated and used those trusty gaslight techniques to make a once optimistic and positive person a shell. 10 weeks into her second pregnancy and a master degree program, she discovered he was cheating again. She had a moment of, oh F&*K no, and left with her daughter.

It wasn’t until after she had her son that she realized she needed to fix HER if she wanted to be the best example she could for her kids…and change her life.

A spiral-bound notebook held in a person's hand, featuring motivational quotes and phrases in black handwriting on colorful sticky notes. The notes include phrases like 'Manifest that SHIT,' 'Trust my every damn move,' 'Follow your soul,' and 'You got bad bitch energy,' with small star and sparkle illustrations.

Visual Things

For some, vision boards are their thing. I prefer to have little things all around my house that I use or decorate with that remind me to go kick a little extra butt today.

This mug and the hug coin below were gifts from a friend and two of the best things. The coin lives on my desk above my keyboard while the mug is in frequent circulation.

My Stories & Motivation

I believe in connection through storytelling. We all have similar experiences in life that although us to connect with others but it is our unique twists and turns which enables us to learn from one another.

There are so many people online influencing us each with their own priorities. I am here to connect with humans in the hopes that I can influence you to be the best version of yourself and bring out the part of you that might be hiding.

I talk about daddy issues, narcissistic abuse, learning self-awareness and changing mindsets to allow us to live our versions of a brilliant, bold, beautifully empowered life.

I am often in theme parks sharing what MY version of what this like looks like.
